The American Reformed Church will observe Universal Bible Sunday on Sunday, December 8. The pastor, the Rev. H. Steuneberg, will speak on the subject, “The Eternal Word.” This is the third message in a series from First Peter on the general subject of “Glorious Truths.” Preparations are being made by Sunday School for the annual Christmas program. Mr. and Mrs. Frank Roorda, Jack Stellingwerf and Marilyn Sekema and Mrs.’ James Kleinblossom visited Mrs. George Terpestra in laFayette and had supper with Mr. and Mrs. John Sietsma. '• Mr. and Mrs. Neil Sekema and daughter Mabie, and Jim Hazlett of Hebron were supper guest Thanksgiving at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Chester Crawford.
