County Winner In Bond Suit

Awarded Full Claim, Plus Interest On Suit On 1 * Ex-Auditor’s Bond Auditor H.- Ray Wood today was advised by the state department that! a decision has been handed down in the case of the State on relation of Jasper county, against the Century Indemnity company of Indianapolis. The county sued for recovery of money on the bond of ex-auditor Frank M. Hart in the sum of $2847.06, which includes interest. The bonding company had refused to pay the claim on the grounds the ex-auditor received monies which should not have been paid to him. , Mrs. R. Brouner returned home from a seven weeks visit with her sons, John and Tony, and families, of Ann Arbor, and her .two sisters in Holland and ZeeIhnd, Michigan. Mrs. Dykhuizen has returned from the Jasper county hospital to the home of her son, John Dykhuuzen.
