The Service Sunday morning will be our Thanksgiving Service and all the members are urged to attend the service. Rev. J. J. LEGION HOLDS MEETING
The DeMotte Legion Post 440 met at the school Monday evening. They are holding a membership drive. Steve Terpestra, Legionnaire, who is ill in the veteran's hospital in Indianapolis, is doing fine. It was announced that more amateur contestants are needed for the Legion Amateur show to be held Dec. 14. Auditions are to be held Dec. 7th at 8 p. m., at the schoolhouse. It was also announced that a fox hunt will be held Thanksgiving day. See Ralph Meyers for time and place. The Post is contemplating a scholarship award, an oratorical
