EMIL SAVICH FILES DIVOROCE ACTION

Emil Savich of Barkley township has filed action for divore frem Elnora Savich, to whom he was married December 30, 1937. The couple separated October 9, 1946. v The plaintiff charges the defendant with having abseted herself from their home on frequent occasions, at which time he alleges she went to Hammond and other cities and frequented taverns and associated with other men. In addition to a divorce he asks custody of their six-year-old daughter.
