FIRST PTA MEETING TO BE HELD OCT. 8
The First Parent Teacher meeting of the school-year is to be held Tuesday, October 8. Mr. Wallace Christensen from LaFayette is to be the guest. speaker for the evening. There will be a film shown called the Scout Trails to Citizenship. Boy Scouts under the direction of Scoutmaster, Mr. Heimlich will also take part. Special music under the direction of the music teacher, Mr. Stiver will be given. The teachers will be introduced. Anyone in the community is cordially invited. An award, will be given the room having the largest precentage of parents present at each meeting. Please come and help your child’s room win the award. A very interesting program is being planned for each P. T.A. meeting through out the school year. The following committees have been announced: Program Mrs. Paul Stangle Mrs. C. D. Mrs. Alice Vandercamp, Mrs. Kate Kerstra, Mr. and Mrs. Fred Zielke, Mr. and Mrs. Andrew De-' Hann, Mrs. Simon Groet, Mrs. Grace Tanis and son, Mrs. Bob Walstra and children, Mr. and Mrs. C. Sekema, Mr. and Mrs. K. Sekema enjoyed a chicken dinner at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Ed Sekema Friday.
