THAYER FIRM MADE KAISER AND FRAZER DEALER

Willow Run, Mich. The appointment of the Diana Motor Sales Company to handle sales of the new Kaiser and Frazer automobiles in Thayer was announced today by W. A. MacDonald, vice president in charge of sales of Kaiser-Frazer Corporation and Graham-Paige Motors Corporation. The Thayer company is headed by Ernest Stran. His firm will be a direct retail dealer of KaiserFrazer Corporation, producer of the Kaiser car, and a dealer in the Frazer autotmobiles under the area distributor at Joliet, Illinois. Mr. Stran anounced that his sales and service headquarters at Thayer will provide modern, scientific service facilities for both of the new automobiles. The company also will handle sales of parts and accessories for both cars. The firm’s headquarters provide 4500 square feet of floor space for display, service, and office space, Mr. Stran said. Other associated with him in the new dealership are M. D. VanGinkel and Nick Sudeikis. Mr. Stran said that the new Frazer and Kaiser are in production now at the former bomber plant at Willow Run, Michigan which was converted to automobile manuactfure. The first completely new automobiles since the beginning of the war, both cars feature advanced styling, extra wide seats, and pu werful sixcylinder engines.
