PFC. MARVIN BARKER GETS PROMOTION IN U. S. ARMY

Fort Lewis, Wash., —Pfc. Marvin W. Barker, son of Mr.- and Mrs. M. J. Barker of DeMotte, was promoted this week to the grade of T-5. T-5 Barker has served overseas with the 7th Armored Division in the Campaign of Ardennez, the Rhienland and Central Europe.
