KEENER FIRST CLUB HOLDS FIRST MEETING

The first 4-H meeting of the “Keener First Club” was held on April 9th, at 3 p. m. at the DeMotte school house. Eleanor Klip was nominated president so she took over the meeting to nominate other officers. Ruth Speechely was named vice-presi-dent; Pauline Kingma, secretary; Ruth Cheever, treasurer, June Muraida, news reporter; Carol Hast, recrettion leader, and Anna Mae Belstra, song leader. It was voted to have meetings every two weeks. The next meeting will be held at the school house on May 1, at 7:30 p. m.
