MRS. J. MYERS SUCCUMBS

Mrs. James Myers, 87, a resident of Jasper County for 51 years passed away at the home of her daughter Mrs. John Wells, near Hebron, Wednesday, May 30, after an illness of several weeks. Since the death of her husband in 1925, Mrs. Myers has made her home with her son Lee, who lives south of DeMotte. She was visiting at the home of her daughter at the time of her death. Surviving are five chitdrcu-Lee and Cecil of DeMotte, Mrs. Wells of Hebron, Mrs. Harry McNaughton of Baltimore, Ohio, and Luther of Wolcott. Funeral services were conducted Saturday June 2nd, from the W. J. Wright Chapel. Interment, was at the Fair Oaks Cemetery.
