The following described property: 2 gas stoves; 1 ice box; 1 dinning table and chairs; 1 kitchen table and 1 kitchen, cabinet; 1 library table; 1 book case; 1 bedstead, springs and mattress; 1 dresser; 1 9x12 rug; 2 6xß linoleum rugs; 1 set quilting frames; 1 electric radio; 1 lard press; 1 lot of stone jars; 2 tubs; 1 iron kettle; 75-ft. garden hose; cedar posts; I platform scales; 1 garden plow; 1 corn sheller; 1 grinder; 2 rolls new woven wire; 1 water tank; 1 pitcher pump and well point; some 2-in. lumber; 1 lot gas pipe; 1 push cart; 2 sythes; 1 vice; rake; hoe; shovels; step ladder; extension ladder; barrels. 30 hens and pullets; about 30 bales good clover hay; 5 hogs; 1 Guernsey cow, yrs. old, giving good flow of milk; 1 Guernsey calf, 7 mos. old.
