Take a look at this season’s handkerchief displays and see what you will see. Lace-trimmed “hankies.” They will be quite in fashion this season, along with the many other revived prettily feminine elegancies of the Victorian age. Big bags are losing out. Now it’s smaller bags, elegant and refined. American beauty red and fuchsia tones are first in favor for costume suits. Less obvious make-up is fashion’s decree. Colors for street coats were never brighter. The demand for satin blouses is widespread.
