Hershman Cause No. 15448 The plaintiff in the above entitled cause having filed his complaint therein, together with an affidavit that the defendant Bernadine M. Hershman, non-resi-dent of the State of Indiana, and that the residence of the above named defendant is unknown and upon diligent inquiry cannot be ascertained: Now, therefore, the said named defendant is hereby notified that unless she be and appear on the 22nd day of November, 1944, the same being the 63rd day of the September Term, 1944, Term of the Jasper Circuit Court, the first day of which to be holden on the Second Monday of September, 1944, at the Court House in the City of Rensselaer, in said County of Jasper and State of Indiana, and answer or demur to said complaint, the same will be heard and determined in her absence, the above entitled action being a suit in divorce.
