BASIC “A” MILEAGE RATIONS
Application form for the new “A” books have been received at the local Ration Board Office, and a supply has been sent to all tire inspection stations and the Farm Bureau, and some banks, where they may be had for the asking. They may, also be secured at the Board office. The applicant should attach the back cover of his present “A” book and be sure his name and address are written on inside of back cover. Fill in the form completely with license number and description of vehicle (note that your name must be written in three places, once at the top ,once in the middle, and once at the bottom.) Send this complete form, together with the back cover of your old “A” book, to the local Board. If you have lost your “A” book cover, send your State Certificate of Registration which you received at the license bureau when obtaining a license, wdth the complete form.
