Corduroy Pinafore
This little girl is on her way to learning the three R’s. For daylong play and school activities, mother has chosen corduroy Hansel-and-Gretel outfits for little brother and sister. We are going to tell you about outfit even if he isn't pictured here. He sports a longie suit in cordurex (male version of the same corduroy that sister wears). It is tailored to perfection. Tweed sleeves and collar give a new look and masculine air. Little sister, as you see, wears a pinafore in blue cordurella, the modern lightweight corduroy that washes and wears. The braid trim in bright peasant colors is a touch of distinction.
