Mr. N. H. Peterson recently returned to work after an absence of five weeks due to illness. Mrs. Peterson has been on the sick list but is improving. Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Hartley and the Albert Hartley family spent Sunday at the Estol Meyers home. Mrs. Harriet Crowder moved to the Gladys Hoile house. Joe O’Conner is putting a new roof on the Peterson house. WSCS met at the church. Next meeting will be for all day on Tuesday, August 29. Mrs. Helen Nemuth and brother spent two weeks with their sister in Detroit, Mich.
