Mr. and Mrs. Geo. Rockwell and children of Beloit, Wise., have returned home following a two weeks visit in the home of Mr. and Mrs. Earl Nelson. Mrs. Rockwell is a daughter of Mrs. Nelson. Miss Mary Jane Sands who is a cadet nurse in Chicago has returned home following a three weeks vacation with friends and home folks. , Gloria Ladd of- Chicago is here for an indefinite visit with her grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. John Ladd. Helen Jagoda, R.N. of LaPorte spent three days with the John Babock family. Belle Reddin celebrated her birthday Sunday by entertaining Mrs. Walter Mack and son Dick, Jo Ellen Stwensen and Herman Berg all of Hammond. John Hilliard, Mrs. Willard Metsgar and two children and Mrs. Ida McDonald of Bremen visited relatives here on Wednesday, Mr. and Mrs. Ed Radiokowski entertained friends on Saturday evening in honor of their 25th wed-
ding anniversary. Those who enjoyed the big feed were Mr. and Mrs. Ed Stewart, Mr. and Mrs. Chas. Jasperson and tw r o children, Mr. and Mrs. A. B. Ridge' and Mrs. Irene Wolf and son Rex. and Mrs. Marie Tomasek of Chicago. Sena and Anne Jasperson spent a few' days last week with their brother Chas. and family. Guests Sunday in the Guy Long home were, Mr. and Mrs. Chas. Jasperson and children and Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Hilton and family of Medaryville. Paris, Capital of TMeasuues and Misery.
