TIME GROWS SHORT FOR REGISTRATION
Kieth Spencer, county clerk, reminded voters again this week that the time to make corrections in registration records before the May primary is growing short. Registration records will close thirty days before the primary and no change may be made after the records are closed. Mr. Spencer *also said that hundreds of voters to whom cancellation notices have been sent are responding slowly. The notices are being sent to all persons who failed to vote at the last election. If these voters wish to retain their right of suffrage at the coming election, they must return the notice with any corrections that are necessary. If these are not received in time to be processed for the primary, these persons cannot vote. All persons who have moved or changed their names must correct their registration records. Art is what people did before they knew about it. ,
