ONLY SISTER OF JOHN AKERS DIES

Mr. and Mrs. John Akers were called to Stockwell, Indiana, Sunday bv the death of his sister, Mrs. John Carte. She died Sunday morning at 7 o'clock. Funeral services were held Tuesday at the Methodist church in Stockwell. Burial was in the Johnson cemetery. Mrs. Carte was 84 years of age. Mr. Akers is the only survivor of a family of nine children.
