Ukrainians Are Russians With Their Own Republic
The Ukrainians are Russians, and they have a republic of their own which is a constituent member of the Union of Socialist Soviet Republics. By origin, however, they differ from the “Great Russians,” and .they have their own language. Their land is one of the most fertile in the world; hence the German desire to conquer it. Ukrainians were often in conflict with the Czars of Russia, but the disappearance of their native aristocracy has demolished most of their nationalism.
