WOLVES ON THE JOHN DEYOUNG FARM

John DeYoung is asking the help of his neighbors and friends in killing the timber wolves that are on his farm. He and his son, Cecil, have shot two of them, but have seen at least four more, in a pack, which has a leader, on<‘ who is larger than the other three. The heavy snows have evidently made it difficult for these animals to find food. They have become so brave that they stole the pan of dog food left on the porch,’ one night this w r eek. Mr. DeYoung suggests that the first time it snows again, some of you might like to help track and catch these wolves.
