PREFERRED STOCK DIVIDEND DECLARED BY N. I. P. S. COMPANY

The regular quarterly dividend has been declared on the preferred stock of the Northern Indiana Public! Service Com pany. The dividend is payable January 14, 1943, to stock holders of record at the close of business December 31, 1942. The. payments will be 1%% or $1.75 per share, on the 7% preferred 1%%, or $1.50 perl share, on the 6% preferred, and 1%%, or per share, on the 5%% preferred stock.
