APPLY NOW FOR SCHOLARSHIPS

September. 15th is the deadline for a Pure Milk Association scholarship for the winter short course at Purdue University, * according to A. P. Brucker, director of PAIA district 17. This is the seventh year that the Association has offered four fifty-dollar scholarships to young dairymen in Indiana. Each scholarship of $50.00 covers about half the total cost of attending the eight weeks winter course in dairy production, or it may be applied on a freshman agricultural course at Purdue. Any young man or woman in Indiana who meets the requirements is eligible. Each application must be approved by the county agricultural agent and sent to the State 4-H Club office at Purdue University not later than September 15th. A county may submit only two applications. Additional information may be secured from local 4-H leaders, County Agents, or direct from the Boys' and Girls' Club Division of Purdue University.
