NOTICE OF PRESENTING PETITION NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEiI that a petition will be presented to the Board of Commissioners of the County of Jasper, *in the State of Indiana, at the February Term, 1941, of said Board, asking for the location of a new public highway in Keener Township in said County and State on the following route, to-wit: Commencing at the northeast Corner of section 16, township 32 north, range 7 west, and running thence west along the north boundary line of said section to the southeasterly bank of the Cameron Ditch, thence in a southwesterly direction following the bank Of said ditch to the west boundary line of said section -16, and thence south about *4 mile to a highway already established: said proposed highway will pass long, upon and over the lands of the following named persons: John Huttenlocher, as Trustee, Henry C.
