One of the unusual . features at Ocean City, N. J., is its recreatioi center, where an increasing: number of parents are checking ! their children while they go shopping or fishing, run out to the nearby’country club, or play a few sets of tennis on the city courts. A large, red numeral is pinned to the child’s back. A small check bearing the same number is given to the parents, not so much for identification as to locate the youngster • more readily when wanted. There is no charge for this. It is one of those features which make Ocean City a great family resort.
