ANSON A. HILTON TO BE BURIED FRIDAY AT KNIMAN
Anson Allison Hilton, life-long resident of this part of the county, passed away Tuesday afternoon after an illness of two weeks. Death was caused by complications following a stroke Mr. Hilton was 68 years old, having been born near Medaryville on the 6th of July, 1872. He was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Sylvester Hilton and was married on June 12, Is9l to Alda ©benchain at Blackford, Indiana. The funeral, in charge of Todd’s undertakng establishment of DeMotte and with Rev. Henri Steunenberg of the American Reformed church and Rev. J. J. Moor of the Methodist church officiating, will be held at the Kniman Methodist church at 1:30 p, m, on Friday, Nov. 29th. Buriel will be in the Prater Cemetery near Aix. Surviving besides his wife, are 3 sons: Gaylord of Brook; Roscoe of Madamin, Iowa; and Norvin of Kersey. A daughter, Mrs. Nellie Lewis of Middletown, Ohio and one brother, Robert Hilton of Medaryville. Also thirteen grandchildren and one greatgrandchild. The body will lie in state at the Todd Funeral Home until Thursday P. M. when it will be taken to the residence.
