NEW FIRE BOX FOOLS WOMAN
Shiny ne-w aluminum fire alarm boxes stood throughout New Castle, Ind. today, but Fire Chief George Van Zant said they would be painted bright red. Pumpers from engine houses one and two answered an alarm at one of the boxes. On arrival they found a red-faced woman with a letter in hand. She said she just followed instructions, opening the door and pulling the lever.
