MUCK CROPS SHOW AT NAPPANEE
Nappanee, Ind., Nov. 1. A general educational program of inter *4 to all muck land farmeis of Indiana has been planned for the tenth annual Northern Indiana Muck Crops Show to be held here Nov. 7-8-9 and 10. A detailed program and other interesting information on the show may be found in the 68-page catalog, now available at all county agricultural agents’ offices. The first session for the muck crop growers has been scheduled for Nov. 8. “Growing of the Domesti cated Blueberry,” will be discussi d. This will be followed by a talk on “Muck Crops the Indiana Farmer can use.” Wednesday afternoon’s program will includde talks on: “Improving Mint Oil Yields, and “Control of Leopard Sports.” Thursday will be potato day it the show. Purdue specialists wll discuss this question from all angles during the morning. During the afternoon session, the progress of the Northern Indiana Muck Crop Experimental Farm will be told. The final educational sectional meeting for men will come oh Friday morning, when the state champion will tell “How I Grow the Crops that Made Me 1939 State Muck Crops Champion/’ Also a talk on marketing potatoes in small lots locally.
