NAMES RECEIVED TO SELECT JUDGE IN HART TRIAL

The Indiana Supreme court has selected the names of K. Stuart Gast of Pulaski county, Elmore Barce of Benton county and George Sammons of Newton county, from which to select a judge to try the F. M. Hart, Jr., case. Attyy. Wm. Reed, counsel for Hart, will strike one name from the list, and Prosecutor Hopkins will strike off a second name; the remaining judge will preside in the case.
