MRS. WOLFF RESIGNS FROM DEMOTTE FACULTY

Mrs. Charity Mae Wolffs res-igna tion from the staff of the DeMotte schol faculty was made known here last Friday. Mr*. Wolff has completed thirty five years teaching school and is now eligible to receive a teachers retire ment pension. All except five years of this thirty-five years period was i-pent in Keener township schools. She taught in Crown Point during that period. Miss Virginia Slocum, of Decatur, Ind., and a graduate of Purdue University, has been employed to take Mrs. Wolff’s position and she will teach Mathematics and Science. Mr*. Bernard will teach Home Eeo-nnomics and Latin.
