MRS. NINA PARKS

Little five year old Betty Adams fell from a tree and broke her arm. Mr. and Mrs. Wilson Parks and family and Mr. and Mrs. Leo Billings and family attended a show at Grant Park, Ill., Saturday night. Nadine Dodson, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Sherman Dodson has the measles, but is getting along nicely. Mr. and Mrs. John Haskel spent Sunday at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Harry Miller of State Line. The members of the Presbyterian Church put on a nice program Sunday evening all took their parts well. There were songs and dialogues by the little classes, the big girls class put on a play. There was a large attendance, some of the outsiders were Mr. and Mrs. Arbuckle, Mrs. Lucy Bloomkrist and daughters, Mrs. Ruby Bryant and daughter of Lake Village. Rev. Turner was accompanied by his wife Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. F. Eickholtz of St.

Anne were visiting at the G. Hartwick home Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. M. Wiertel and daughter, Julia and son, John were guests of A. F. Hartwick, Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. F. McRoberts and Jean Brice were Kankakee callers Saturday. Mrs. F. McRoberts and Mrs. H. Anderson were calling at the home of Mrs. F. Stejskal Sunday. Mrs. John Born, Mrs. Myron Born, Mrs. C. E. Minnegar were Hammond shoppers Monday. Mr. and Mrs. Tom Mead and neice, Agatha Van Clake were visitors at their parents, Sunday at Grant Park, Ill. We have many changes in Schneider in the last few days. Mr. and Mrs. William Austin moved near State Line, Mr. and Mrs. Purelle moved to the east end of town in the Scramblin home, Mr. and Mrs. Williamson moved to the west end of town in the Hildebrant home
