No. 12018 in the matter of the alleged insanity of Velma Rank. Petition for Insanity Inquest. No. 12019, Annabelle Whitcomb vs. Charles Franklin Whitcomb. Sult for divorce. Plaintiff and defendant were married Dec. 30, 1926 and separated May 5, 1931. Plaintiff alleges that defendant is guilty of cruel and inhuman treatment and non-support. Plaintiff asks that she be granted a divorce, the care and custody of their five-year-old son, and all other proper relief.
