Mr. and Mrs. Charles Pettit and family visited his brother, John Pettit, at Kniman, Sunday afternoon. The James Guild family moved on the farm vacated by Mat Moosmiller and family. Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Snick entertained the following guests Sunday evening, Mr. and Mrs. Earl Snick, Mr. and Mrs. Albert Snick, Carl Snick and Miss Margaret Rosenbaum of Kouts, Mr. and Mrs. Paul Warner of LaCrosse, and Mike Gull and family. Miss Margaret Parker went to Chicago Friday to visit her sister during the week end. Mr. and Mrs. Paul Bush were surprised when her aunts, Miss Tenney Hughes, and Mr. and Mrs. James Jones of Frankfort, called on them Saturday afternoon. Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Holliday, and son, Norman, and Mr. and Mrs. Abe Morehouse and family spent Sunday at the Frank Zeck home, near Thayer. Wm. Stevenson and daughter visited his sister, Mrs. Polly Harrington and family, Sunday. Miss Nellie Delehanty and brother William, entertained their sisters, Mr. and Mrs. Owen Daly of Elkhart, and Mr. and Mrs. Joe Beekman and family, Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. Earl Parker and sons visited her brother, Earl Haniford and family at Renneslaer
Sunday. Miss Eleanor Marshall called on Miss Pauline Bush Saturday. Miss Martha Longstrete and Miss Helen Misch called on Harriet Punter Sunday afternoon. Mr. and Mrs. Harold Nuss and family visited his folks in Gifford Friday.
