NEW EDITOR AND FAMILY MOVE TO DeMOTTE.

The Kankakee Valley Post is under new editorial management starting with this issue, Mr. Robert L. Joiner, who has been editor of the Post for the past six months has sold the Post to Mr. J. Barton Cox, who takes charge with this issue. Mr. and Mrs. Cox and family have moved to DeMotte, and an editorial and job printing office has been opened in the back rooms of the Coffee Cup Restaurant. Mr. Cox has been editor of the Owensville Star, published at Owensville, Ind., for the past four years and has disposed of his interests there and will devote all his time to the Kankakee Valley Post. The office of the Post will be open each day from 8 to 12 a. m., and 1 to 5 p. m. Subscriptions can be paid at the DeMotte office or to any of the Post’s correspondents. The new editor will be pleased to have merchants and citizens in general call upon him, and any contribution of news items, subscriptions paid, advertisements sent in, or job work of any kind given us to print will be greatly appreciated.
