Mr. and Mrs. Roy Freeman and little Shirley, who live in Ohio, were visiting her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ned Platt last week. Russell Henderson is manager of the Philips station at Kniman now. Mrs. Roy Evans is visiting friends in Chicago this week. Lloyd Arbuckle is sick and Fred Ramford is driving the oil truck for him. Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Usher of Hessville were Sunday guests of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. E. E. Sypult. The birthday club met at the home of Mrs. Ray Evans last week Friday. The afternoon was spent playing Bunco. Mrs. Evans received some very nice presents and after lunch the ladies returned home wishing her many more happy returns of the day. Jim Manning has gone to visit his sister in Terre Haute. Chester Henderson of near Morrocco was a Village caller Sunday evening.
