Cass Andis and Clifford David were Hammond visitors Thursday. Jelta Mulder and William Korth Sr., made a business trip to Lowell Saturday. Ross Thompson has the flu and is unable to go to work. Roselawn was pretty well represented at the New Years Eve dance in Shelby Saturday evening. Calvin Burton of Hammond visited with the Burton family Tuesday and Wednesday of last week. Harry Jaye, who has been visiting with his mother in Chicago, during the Christmas holidays returned home Monday. Mrs. J. T. Bess who has beep visiting with her daughter, Mrs. Ernest Madison of Lake Village returned home Sunday. A surprise birthday dance was given Saturday night for Mrs. James Cox of near here. < / Harold Hilton of Medaryville is visiting friends and relatives of This vicinity. Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Muzzall and daughters of Ciown Point visted with the Burton family Monday. Mrs. Joe Ferguson and children of Rensselaer are visiting with Mr. and Mrs. William Beck this week. Mrs. Liza Hess and son, Robert of Momence, spent Sunday with Mr and Mrs. Joseph Kight. Mrs. George Arnold and son, and Mrs. Parent of Harvey spent Wednesday with Mr. and Mrs. Lawrence Lau.
Mr. and Mrs. Harry Robinson and family spent Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. Everet Andis. Mr. and Mrs. William Korth, Jr., and son. Juddson and Georef Parent, spent New Year’s day at the Home. Mr. and Mrs. Harry Robinson gave a pinochle party at their home Saturday evening. • Mr.’ and Mrs. Alfred Korth and son.
