FARMERS WILL STUDY RECORDS

How to get more income on the farm will be the subject for discussion at the one day Farm Management School to be held in Crown Point beginning at 10:00 o’clock Thursday, December 1, in the assembly room of the Criminal Court Building. T. G. Hornung and O. G. Johanningsmeier of the Purdue Farm Management Extension Staff will be here on that day to meet with farmers who are interested in a discussion of what phases of the farm business should receive most attention in these times of unusually low prices. The meeting will be held primarily for consideration of facts and figures related to farm management problems in this area. Farmers who have been keeping records are especially invited to attend this one day school, but the meeting is open to anyone in the county who is interested in putting his farm on a better basis. 10:00 a. m. Three successful farms in the Lake County Area. 11:00 a. m. Practices followed on successful farms. 1:00 p .m. the general economic situation. 2:00 p. m. What the Hog, Dairy, Beef, Sheep and Poultry raisers can expect in the future.
