LOCAL THAYER BOXER WINS ANOTHER BOUT.

‘Bill’ Schultz of Thayer returned from Chicago last night with another victory to his credit. His scrap with Pete Brown of Chicago was very closely fought. Bill kissed the mat twice in the first round, which went to Brown. In the second round both were so good that it was a draw, and in the third round Bill scored a hit, a knockout blow in the form of a left hook and a right cross. He Jias been well rewarded for his efforts and is on the boxing team of the Royal Athletic Club. He fights at 126 pounds. The prize he received was a jacket with his name and emblem of the Royal A. C. Bill’s many friends extend their congratulations.
