Don't fail tötest the seed corn. Reports from over the state show that seed corn is not testing as pood as it did in the spring or V.W It is. of course better by far than last year but it is impor tant we trst again to be sure of a stand of strong germination. Pn limin3ry tests in this olT.ce with corn from different yarts of the coun'y, ir.dicLte that testing is going to be necessary to insure a good stand of corn. A few dead and weak ears planted in the average corn ticld wi'l cut the yield considerably. We put in the same r reparation, tie same amount 01" fertilizer, the same time in cultivation on a corn field whether there is a good stand or a poor stand. Cut down tue cost of production and insure a ! igger yield by testing evtry ear It pa: s We arn jroing to plant 22 acres of corn. We will p.pil ah nt fr!ir
