If they had only come to my attention sooner, I would have been spared a great deal of suffering and expense My work is very confining and at times the pains in my back became almost more than I could stand I looked badly and didn't sleep or eat well. The minuets of previous meetings were adopted. The program consisted in the

reading of a paper by the becy. Dr. E. A- Sturm of Jasper. Subject was "Are Your Services Worth The Price?" The writer in his paper emphasized tke principle of thor oughness in our efforts. Touching strongly upon the points of Asepsis in its every de ail. Urging more accuracy in diagnosis using all the late appliances and laboratory methods as an aid to

attaining such. And especially

emphasized the diagnosis of tu

berculosis in its mcipiency. Also lightly mentioning points on infant feeding and treatment. Enjoining us to be more thorough

practical and scientific, not forgetting medical ethics and the

live and let live principles. The discussion which followed Wftfl a very enthusiastic one, every member entered it with a vim. Many points of interest were touched upon. The discussion was a rousing success. The next meeting will be held
