when he resigned. Mr. Greathouse was ono of the organizers and was tho president of the People's Bank and Trust Company at Mt. Vernon, having held tho presidency until about 60 dayB ago, when ho resigned for the second time. After moving to Indianapolis two years ago ho continued to discharge the dutios of president but on the first of last January lie offered his resignation. In the face df this he was re-eieoted by the board of directors. He was forced to resign again. Mr. Greathouse is a member of the Knlgnts of Pythias, the Elks and Is a Knight Tesnplar, a member of the Scottish Rite Masons and a thirtyMcone degree Masou. 4
