Commissioner's Court. The Commissioners of Dubois county convened i n regular monthly session Monday, May 4, 190S. The following business was transacted. The Rock road petition of John Rheutepohler, et al was received and continued to April, 1912. That of F. H. Poetker et al to April 1909. On the petition of Jos. Friedman the auditor was ordered to
advertise for bids, same to be
opened June 1st, 1908. Henry B. Tormohlen et al
were allowed to chancre route
and metal on rock road. The road petitions of Nathan
(Griffith, et al, John Wisehan, et al. Ernest G- Meyer, et al and
Charles Eckert, et al. The view er's report in each case was re ceived and approved and fees al lowed.
