Co.; breach of contract; now (Wednesday afternoon.) being tried before a jury. Plaintiff was injured in a car smash-up, and claims the company agreed to pay him 91 damages, aud give him a ; - ' he could fill in the crippled condition in which he was left, as a compromise in a prospective suit for damages. He got the $100 and signed a release, but the company failed to give him a position ever since. The detendant denies that it ever promised him such a poei tion, and the court is expected h find out which is right.

Indiana, April 25 and 26, 19 4. Trinity Church has been selected for holding the meetings. Four Seesions have beo arranged for. The program is replete with interesting features and the addressee and discussions will be practical, and will certainly prve helpful to the Sunday School workers who will attend. For the evening session of April 25. home talent has largely been employed The State Sunday School Superintendent. Rev. E. Wesley Halpenny, of Indianapolis, will be present the entire day of April 2C(b including the night session. His fame as a Sunday School worker iwell established. Let ali the Sunday school workers in tbe county arrange to be present at the convention.
