Mr, and Mrs. Sebastian Kuebler
renewed the holy vows of

ago when the Rev. Joseph Kundeck, founder of St. Joseph 'rchurch, united them. A solemn mass was sung and the blessing wa bestowed upon the aged couple by the rector of St. Joseph's congregation, the Rev. Father Basil.
The church was rilled with relatives and friends of the Jubilarians. S a
ana quite a number were present who witnessed the ceremony fiftv years ago. At noon a sumptuous dinner was given at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Kuebler to the family and Dearest relatives. The dining room
was decorated in green and gold and the reception room in white and gold. After dinner the Rev. Father Basil, who acted as toast master, made a very pointed address on the sacredness of the marriage bond.
Addresses were also made by A. M Sweeney, and George R. Wilson, sons-in-law, and by Edward J. Kuebler, eldest son of the Jubilarian The little grandchildren ved their admiration in reciting several pretty and appropriate selections. The following little address was eiven by Lucile Sweeney, a little ind daughter: Dear Grand-pa and Grand ma:
We are all so very glad to be with you this happy, happy day. I -"-h to congratulate you upon this ;Kh anniversary of your wedding, ti is certainly a great event. I a nt to thank you both for your :: my good deeds and kindness to all. I now want to invite you both to attend my wedding, but, of r-1. that will not occur so very I n God bless grand-ma and grand-pa! " Two little grand daughters, Cornelia and Clarissa Kuebler, jointly delivered an address in German. A number of valuable presents were received by the aged couple. Many congratulations were received by telegram, and showers of good wishes came by mail. The day was a happy one, spent in feasting and merry-making, and the venerable couple rejoiced with their children and grand-children. Sebastian Kuebler was born in Griesheim, Baden, on the 16th day of January, 1829. He came to this country in 1882. Settled in Du
