For Treascreb Mr. Matbiaa Olinger, of Ferdinand, is this week announced a a candidate for the nomination for county Treasurer. Mr. Olinger bar made the race before, and U well acquainted over Dubois county. He baa, by a long life of industry and sobriety built up an enviable reputation as an honest business man, and baa acquired a comfortable living. Tbe interest of the county will not suffer if tbe county Treasury is confided to bis care.
For Coi sty Commissioner. Mr. Henry Landgrebe is announced this wet-k as a candidate for t omination for Commissioner for the 3d district, composed of Patoka, Case, Ferdinand and Jackson townships. Mr. Landgrebe is tbe principal business man of Huntingburg, owning shares in nearly all the large enterprises there. He began life as a shoemaker, working hard from daylight till long after dark, and by his frugality and foresight has attained his present condition. He is, also, a war veteran, having served 3 years in the civil war. He has served as Democratic committeeman for Patoka township many times, and has been an efficient one. He also ??rved as a member of the County Board of Review, and by his bu-i. ness knowledge added several thousand dollars to the tax duplicatesHe would make an efficient commissioner. For Senator. Coble, who served in the Indiana Legislature two years ago as Representative with so much distinction, and returned to his medical practice and farming covered with a mantle of renown, this week announces for tbe Democratic nomination for Senator from this and Daviee counties, and will make a bot race for it with any one. He is a man who has ideas of his own, and is not afraid to express them in committees, though be lays no claim to tbe plumes of oratory, relying more on common sense, experience and honesty. In the last Legislature tbe Republicans bad so large a majority that a Democrat stood no more chance than a snow-ball in hades, and yet the Dr. made an impression, and in a Democratic legisture would have effected more.

Should he receive the nomination tbe taxpayers will feel assured the same careful supervision will be exercised in the Auditor's office. Since bie retirement from office be ha. been
engaged in bis life occupation as a farmer and a successful one, too. For Circuit Court Clerk Mr. William A. Sbuler's name will be found in the Courier announcement column this week for the above office. Mr. Sbuler is the hustling farmer who farms, and owns and runs a portable saw mill and thresher besides. He was born and raised io Bainbridge township, and served it faithfully and well for two terms as Trustee, discharging the duties of the office to the satisfaction of tbe people interested Should he receive the nomination he will be an accommodating and efficient officer, and will add strength to the general ticket. Unhealthy Eldncvs Make Impure Blood. All the blood In your body passes through your kidneys once every three minutes.
i ne Kianeys are your blood purifiers, they (liter cut the waste or Impurities In the blood. It they are sick or out of order, they fail to do their work. Pains, aches and rheumatism come from excess of uric actd in the blood, due to neglected
kidney trouble. Kidney trouble causes quick or unsteady heart beats, and makes one feel as though they had heart trouble, because the heart is over-working in pumping thick, kidneypoisoned blood through veins and arteries. It used to be considered that only urinary troubles were to be traced to the kidneys, but now modern science proves that nearly all constitutional diseases have their beginning in kidney trouble. If you are sick you can make no mistake by first doctoring your kidneys. The mild and the extraordinary effect of Dr. Kilmer's Swamp-Root, the great kidney remedy Is soon realized. It stands the highest for its wonderful cures of the most distressing cases
