Jasper town trustees met in regular .session Monday night, Ftb. 11, 1901. All members present. Trustees Flick and Oeier reputed against the advisability of ordering side walks on Jackson street, bs pe titioned for at -preceding meeting. Mr. Jos. Haller appeared before
the Board and complained of the
condition of walks on Mill street,
and on motion the Marshal was ordered to notify Meesrs. Mat. Miller,
M. F. Durlauf, T. Gugsell, Albert
Bohnert, Mrs. Becher, hd. dutzweiler and Jacob Knglart tu put down plank walks in fiont of their lots on Mill street within ten days from notice served. Andy Fritch offered $1 1 for the ld hose and nozzle, provided it would stand the pressure from hydrant, and the offer was accepted. On complaint of Andrew Fritch, Messrs. T. K. Dougherty and Wm Haller were notified to construct side walks in front of their lots on Jackson, between 4th and 5th streets, at least 42 inches wide. It was ordered that the Cumber land Telephone Co. be notified to replace the brick on walks around all poles which it had placed on brick walks. The consideration of the purchase o? land near water reservoir from It. Fink, was agnin postponed. A contract to award making a hose reel to Geo. P. Wagner was ordered at the price of $30. Tiustees Flick, Gerber and Lorey were appointed a committee to buy afire alarm system for the town, at the lowest possible price. On motion it was ordered that Geo. R. Wilson make a dozen nr-api. of the water works system G on linen, and 0 on paper.
