One of the most amusing incidents of the ses-ion grew out of a speech of one sen tence, which carried a ton of weight with it. Hepresentative Joseph R. Morgan, at the request of the state printer, introduced a resolution providing that the house should have printed 2,000 copies each of the speeches of Coventor Durbin and Lieutenant 'i wernor Cilbeit on inauguratiou day.
