Zoeller fined them $2 each with $7.80 ooata, I'hey were placed in jail to sober up, and on Sunday Ab. Traylor. of Pike county, stayed the fines. The two men fined and another Lemmon, who belongs to the army, end was home on furlough, were on a big high, and said they ?ould "take the town." The soldier hapjened 10 be somewhere else when the Marshal at rested the two, and so escap ed arrest. His drunk had not worn off Sunday morning, when Traylor took him home with him.
