Otwell's blacksmiths are kept busy from morning till night resetting wagon and buggy tires. W, N. Darblo moved last Thürs dav into the property he bought of Willis Pride, west of Otwell. William Bowers and Joe Hc Knight went to Knox county Ittel Fiiday on business. Miss Minnie C'hrisnion, after spending the summer with her irrand parents, Mr. and Mrs. Hop', went home to Ireland last Sunday. She will attend the Ireland school this fall and winter. J. L. Braden i" building a new ham. Alex Dillon and Ben Hudson are doing his carpenter work. The Gold Standard Shrieker and Mark Httoott Newspaper Syndicate reporter of Otwell, who writes for the Petersburg Press and Huntingburg Argus, seems much worried and feverish because we spoke of Trustee Traylor making soiim-nun h needed improvement! Oil our district school house in our items to
the Cor a ikk week before last, and accuses us of seeking a job. We h ive no favors to ask of Trustee Traylor, but think he is doing his duty to his township in repairing ear school house. It Utobo hoped that the aforesaid gold bug-blatherskite will recover from his worry. If not, we would recommend him to take a good dose of McKinlev "international money conference'' elixer; that may "restore his confidence," and bring his pulse bavk "to the crime of Tii" sulliciently to make him feel all right again. 'Twas ever thus. The Saints are having a camj meeting in Sherman Scrapet grove, west of Otwell. We learn that Dr. Clark has sold his drug store to a Petersburg firm. U'c think a drug store ought to do a good business here. Mack.
