Jos. Dick, of Hall Tp., was brought before him for an A. & B. on Ferd. Schneider at Celestine at a picnic on the 10th of Oct. He plead guilty, and was fined 50 cts., with 5f7.SO costs attached. On the same day Thomas Brown, of Jefferson Tp., was examined for an assault with int. to murder Andow P. Robison, Marshal of

saloon keepers not to sell John any liquor, for selling liquor without license. Miller plead guilty, and
was fined $20, with 18.80 costs, which he stayed.
