As now arranged, the Johnstown (Pa.) sufferers are put in five classes, and are paid respectively $600, $400, $200, $125 and $80 each. If there are funds enough for another distribution, the same bais will he used. The conven tion of the National Association of Gen eral Baggage Agents at Its session yes terday adopted a code of rules to govern the transportation of dead bodies aud a uuiform transit permit and death certificate to be tilled out by the undertaker and receiving agent. By these rules transportation of the bodies of persons dying from small-pox, Asiatic cholera, leprosy, typhus fever or yellow fever is absolutely forbidden. Bodies of persons dyingfrom other contagious difcoases must be thoroughly disinfected by bi-chloride of mercury. Persons wuo nave oeen exposed to infection of the disease will not Ue permitted to accomitany me oouy. Bodies dead of diseases not contagious must be inclosed In air-tight coffins. Every body must be accompanied by a person in charge. The box carrying tha body must be plalHly marked, with. the name of deceased, place and cause of death. No disinterred bodies will be received for transportation uulesa their removal has been approved by the State tfeard of Health, and tne local health authorities have consented to re moval, when the disluterred remaius must be inclosed in a hermetically-sealed oaket.
